Like virtually all missionary families, the much anticipated Mother's day call was welcomed in our home with much eagerness and joy. This Mother's day call marks the final opportunity elder Gautavai will have as a full-time missionary to video conference with family members here at home and across the country. It was a pure thrill to be able to see and hear him in real-time again. These calls are a shot in the arm for missionaries and missionary families who share the experience in sacrifice, commitment and service. Our family has been more than blessed as our sons have prepared, served or returned honorably from missions.
Elder Gautavai sounded great and is fully engaged in his call. He remains eager and committed to bringing the glad message of the restoration of the fullness of the gospel to the people of Montreal, members and members of other faiths alike. He looks forward to serving the final months of his current call with all his heart, might, mind and strength. He loves his mission!!!
