Q1. We see where y'all are getting snow..I know in the eastern US they are getting seriously slammed..hopefully it’s not too bad in MTL? Do you feel a little more set as this is your second go round with winter?
A1. Yes it has snowed a few times but hasn't been too bad yet.The weather has been pretty cold but not killer yet. Haha yes I hope I will be prepared for winter. It will definitely be really different as in Fallow Field I had a car and here I don't and we walk around all the time haha.
Q2. We saw a group photo at the stake center with you in the cultural hall…good stuff was that a stake conference meeting?
A2. Yes that was yesterday afternoon at a YSA/Youth meeting.
Q3. We have sent the suits to you so that should arrive at the office this week..Also, grandpa wants to know the size of your pants that need to be replaced (you mentioned you thought they were bought at Jos. A. Banks). The waist size should be inside the pant..He was also wants to know what the length should be..is there a way you can measure from your waist (where the pants sit at the top) down the outside of your leg to your foot). He'll order them as soon as we get that and send them up to you. We are getting another box ready to be shipped hopefully by tomorrow..we have toiletries coming in the suit box.
A3. Yeah I'll try to get that to you by next week.
Q4. Do you need/want anything..snacks?
A4. Snacks would be good haha..
Q5. How are the investigators coming along? Did you get your haircut with S.? I saw where Pacquiao smashed his opponent Sat which should make his boy S. happy, happy!
A5. No I wasn't able to meet with S. last week. Haha yeah S. is a Mayweather fan as well haha..
Q6. Who can we pray for this week?
A6. Just the usual group.
Bonjour Famille!
First and foremost, Happy Thanksgiving family! We are truly blessed as a family. Gonna be a good thanksgiving. The senior YSA couple invited us for dinner on Thursday so we will be having our Thanksgiving meal there. It will be a good meal cause they are excellent cooks.
Haha good to hear Kelee gave a good talk in church. It's amazing to see the progress Kelee has made and how much growth has occurred in just under a years worth of time not only physical but spiritually as well. Pretty crazy there is a RM in the French YSA Branch who just came back from serving in good old BTOWN. She totally knows the Mueller Park Stake and likes everything in Bountiful, it soo fun to talk to her haha.
Well this week was a really tough one for us. Due to projects and finals coming up soon many of our inv. returning members, and even members schedules were jammed packed this week. So we weren't able to meet with a lot of people this week. We did a ton of less active pass bys. We were able to meet with Slr and he expressed how he knows that the Law of Chastity is right but its just hard for him to live it. But we counseled with him that through faith in Christ and fervent prayer all is possible. Also he told us he is re-thinking about staying here in Canada which would keep the door open for his baptism.
We also met with J. our returning member. It was sweet. We did a surprise pass by just before heading home. He was totally watching a movie with his girlfriend so we didn't want to mess up his little date night so we told him we we would come back another time. But he wouldn't let us leave and said "I'll stop the movie and put in Finding Faith in Christ and we can all watch it." We were hesitant at first but we decided to go with it. The spirit was truly so strong and I'm so grateful J. insisted we stay.

Stake Conference was really good. It was weird being in a small church building for stake conference but it was a great meeting nevertheless. Saturday sessions were all about Missionary work and hastening the work. I truly love this stake they are really, really motivated to go out and work! Sunday was a great session too which was centered on Christ.
Tomorrow we have zone conference which will be really sweet. It's always a treat to receive counsel from President and will be interesting to see what the spirit will teach us.
Well things are going great. Really can't believe its the final week of November. Have a great week family! ! love you all so much! So grateful for your example and continuous support!
Avec mon amour!
Elder Gautavai
